To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: • No smoking or marijuana use is permitted anywhere on the property. • The fireplace is available for use during the winter months only. • We are exempt from hosting service animals. Important Information: • Shared Wall: Please note this home shares one interior wall with a private guesthouse, which is also a rental. Both units have separate entrances and no shared spaces, but some minor noise transfer is possible. The guesthouse entrance is on the side of the house and is visible from the back porch. • Bathroom Access: The home has one full bathroom, which is an ensuite accessed exclusively through the primary bedroom. Please consider if this layout is suitable for your group. • Security Cameras: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. • Weather: Flagstaff weather can be unpredictable and may impact travel, especially in winter. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. This home shares a building with a neighboring Airbnb unit. Please be mindful of noise and privacy. No smoking anywhere on the property. A $250 fee applies for indoor smoking. No pets or service animals — we have an approved exemption. Registered guests only; please request approval for any visitors. Quiet hours in early mornings and late evenings. Use only your designated half of the backyard. Well established quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street. We called this home for the greater part of two decades, know all our neighbors, & have felt incredibly lucky to call such a safe, lovely area home for so long.

Guest Access

You’ll have private access to the entire home, including the attached garage, laundry room, and your designated half of the fully fenced backyard. We prefer that you park in the garage, but street parking is available in summer months.

We had a great time, the home is beautiful and it’s in a great area. One of the cleanest air bnb’s we’ve stayed at! Perfect for families with kids, the house was toddler friendly with some toys provided. We will definitely try to stay again next time we go to Flagstaff!

Great for a 5 day stay for my husband, 3yo, 9 month old, and myself! The beds and pillows were excellent, and the shower. Coffee beans from a local coffee shop provided and coffee machine was great! We mostly cooked and ate at the house, kitchen accommodated us well. Much appreciated for the toxin-free cleaning products. Would definitely stay again or check out Jenna’s other properties listed. Side note- Fat Olive pizza was AMAZING! We did carry out, the place is very busy.

Nice little spot. Jenna was very upfront and set the right expectations about the bathroom situation. Which we appreciate it. It was just me and my two daughter so it wasn’t that big of a deal but I did appreciate the thorough communication. House was really close to everything that we were doing in Flagstaff. Nice well put together clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

My parents stayed at Jenna’s place while they are on their cross country move to relocate to my state. They loved it — it was very comfortable, beautiful, and clean. They couldn’t stop talking about how clean it was lol. They got a great rest here and I’m kind of jealous they got to visit flagstaff so I might come back.
