Important Information: • Shared Wall: This home shares one interior wall with a private guesthouse, which is also a rental. Each unit has a separate entrance and no shared spaces, though some minor noise transfer is possible. The guesthouse entrance is located along the side of the home and is visible from the back porch. • Bathroom Access: This unit has one full bathroom, which is an ensuite accessed exclusively through the primary bedroom. Please consider whether this layout is suitable for your group. • Security Cameras: For your security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the front door and overlooking the driveway. This home shares a building with a neighboring Airbnb unit. Please be mindful of noise and privacy at all times. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 7 AM. During quiet hours, music is not permitted, and TV volume (especially in the living room) must be kept low and considerate. No smoking anywhere on the property. A $250 fee applies for indoor smoking. No pets allowed Registered guests only. Please request approval for any visitors. Use only your designated half of the backyard. Garage access is permitted; we may require occasional access for stored items with notice. Check-out is at 11 AM. Late check-out fees may apply. No refunds for weather or road closures. Travel insurance is recommended.

Neighborhood

Well established quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street. We called this home for the greater part of two decades, know all our neighbors, & have felt incredibly lucky to call such a safe, lovely area home for so long.

Guest Access

You’ll have private access to the entire home, including the attached garage, laundry room, and your designated half of the fully fenced backyard. We prefer that you park in the garage, but street parking is available in summer months.

I would highly recommend Jenna's Airbnb. The house is very nice and modern and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bathroom is nice with a large shower and a bath tub. And the location is great. It's in a peaceful and safe-feeling suburb, nice area to go for a walk. Just down the block you can enter a trail that takes you into a really beautiful forest. And it's a quick drive (5-10min) to the main town, the NAU campus, and restaurants and shopping. Jenna was very responsive and helpful and friendly.

Spacious,comfortable place. The host is very responsive to questions and inquiries. The bed is comfortable. It provides high quality sheets and towels at 5 star hotel level. Bathroom amenities are very good even with Qtips and disposable high quality wash cloth. Shower water pressure is very good. Tissue boxes are in every room, very conveniently placed. It has a washer , drier and a private garage. It really feels like home away from home. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at this location. The house was beautiful and very clean. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, the house exceeded my expectations. My fiancé was a huge fan of the handbook containing recommendations for food, things to do, and other activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute rental. Lots of space. Immaculately clean. My only concern was sharing a wall with a neighbor - we watch late night movies. We just didn't turn it up very loud.

We had a great time at Jenna’s place. It was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Also very clean! Being able to park in the garage was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. Very quiet neighborhood. Amenities were only 5 min away. I really appreciated the environmentally friendly products. All in all we would definitely stay here again.
