No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, including within the guesthouse and patio area. This rule is in place to maintain a clean and healthy environment, especially considering the joint unit setup. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty fee. Weather-related Refunds: No refunds are provided due to bad weather or other environmental issues that are out of our control, including road closures. We encourage guests to purchase Airbnb's travel insurance for added protection against unforeseen circumstances. Late Checkouts: In order to ensure our properties are properly cleaned and prepared between guests, we do not offer late check-outs. We kindly ask guests to be checked out by 11 am as cleaners arrive promptly to start preparations for the next guests. No Undisclosed Guests: Only the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation are allowed on the premises. Please ensure that any visitors are disclosed and approved by the host beforehand. Unauthorized guests are not permitted for security and safety reasons. Temperature Control: The air conditioning (AC) system may not be used when the outside temperature is below 60°F to safeguard the AC unit from potential damage. Guests are encouraged to utilize natural ventilation and ceiling fans when appropriate. Backyard Access: While the patio area belongs to the guesthouse, the remainder of the backyard is designated for the main house. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from entering or using areas beyond the designated boundaries to respect the privacy of the main house occupants. Respectful Conduct: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during early mornings and late evenings, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all occupants of the joint unit and neighboring properties. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction without refund. Service Animal Exemption: Please note that we have an approved exemption and are not required to host service animals. Was such a joy staying at Jenna’s place. The apartment had everything I could have wanted and was extremely comfortable and cozy. It was quiet while still being convenient and accessible. Also, I loved that there were two different pillow types and a noise machine 🙂🙏🏻 perfect for difficult sleepers like myself.

Jenna is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host . Her place is immaculate and use non -toxic items such as bath products. We were very impressed with her being responsible and considerate when it comes to chemical free products at her place . Kitchen utensils and seasonings are well provided. at her place.
