The Ponderosa Guesthouse is a sustainably built, thoughtfully designed space ideal for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers. Enjoy modern comforts, eco-conscious products, and a private patio in a quiet residential setting just minutes from trails and town. Other Details to Note

This property has two separate units. The guesthouse is fully private but shares one wall with the main house. While soundproofed, some light noise may be heard. Not ideal for guests with mobility issues due to a short walk from parking and low bed frame. We are exempt from hosting service animals. Well established, quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails all throughout. Nearby access to national forest and a park just down the street.

Guest Access

Guests access the guesthouse via a private sidewalk along the side of the main home. You’ll enjoy your own entrance and a designated patio space with Adirondack chairs and an umbrella. The unit is fully private with no shared interior areas.

Jenna thought of everything. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were interesting books on the shelves, laundry soap, chargers, you name it. We felt very well taken care of. I highly recommend!

Best way to describe it is that it made us want to purchase a place of our own. Cozy, great set up, and perfect for our little family of 3! Will absolutely be staying here again if we don’t just go ahead and try to find something just like it all for ourselves!

Wonderful spot in a quite neighborhood - not too far from downtown Flagstaff without having to hear the noise of the nightlife. The space was wonderful, had excellent amenities and was a perfect spot to settle down for a pair of travelers. Jenna was friendly, responsive and helpful in all of our communication. Highly recommend, would definitely rebook!

Jenna’s Airbnb is one of the best we’ve stayed in! It’s in a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk from paved trails—perfect for running or walking with a stroller. We stayed as two adults with a baby, and the space was ideal. The internet is fast, and both of us were able to work remotely—one at the designated workstation and the other at the kitchen table. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We highly recommend this place!

This was by far one of the nicest Airbnb locations I’ve stayed. Jenna was very responsive, incredibly friendly and the kitchen was immaculate. Multiple options for coffee, a very nice stove and all the utensils, plates and glasses you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower seemed very recently renovated. Next time I’m in Flagstaff I am absolutely going to be staying here again.

This place was perfect for the two of us. It was close by to downtown Flagstaff but far enough away from all the noise. We loved all the little extras like the bath soaps and also the info booklet detailing everything we needed to know. Jenna was also a great host and answered all our questions quickly. We would definitely rent this place again.

Stayed at Jenna's for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. We've stayed in Flagstaff at least a billion times (give or take 😅) but never in this part of town. We picked it because of the proximity to the Overland Expo that we were in town for. Here are things that stood out, and why we said "We've found the place we'll stay from now on in Flagstaff." *Private and cozy *Touches that make it obvious Jenna travels: sharp knives, ALL the cooking supplies, zippy bags, spices, etc. WINNING! *Lots of instructions for every appliance or amenity...no need for those random texts to the host! *Fast wi-fi. My husband had to do a Zoom call and had no issues. I was streaming on my laptop at the same time with perfect results. *HOT shower *White noise machine (We also travel with these and it was nice to see one already in the bedroom) *Spare pillows, blankets, & fan Only negative: Rough bathroom towels. May have just forgotten the softener in the last wash. 💕Thank you, Jenna!!!

Jenna's place is so cozy/feels like home. She also provided amazing recommendations of the area & was so responsive. We had an AMAZING time. Our highlights were dinner at Fat Olives, star gazing at Buffalo Park, hiking at Sunset Crater/Wupatki National Monument, and a trip to the Grand Canyon!

Absolutely beautiful stay at Jenna's guest house. Location very near NAU for local graduation; very quite neighborhood and easy to find. The guest house was spotless and the bed was beyond comfortable! Jenna was always very responsive and provided everything one would need for an effortless stay. We would highly recommend this location for anyone that is looking to visit NAU or the beautiful town of Flagstaff! We will certainly be back!
